Girls Day In

Today was the "Girls Only Retreat", which was held at a convent.

It was a very nice day. We were served a breakfast of egg and sausage burritos, yogurt, fruit, and cakes, and then we had chicken salads and soup for lunch.

Lindy and Elena, our resident advisors; along with Sheryl DeWitt, our parenting teacher, talked to us about friendship, "memorial stones", and the woman of Noble Character. Some Focus employees led worship songs. There was also a table full of cardstock and vellum and we made scrapbooks.

There were also friendly deer that roamed around the campus. I took some pictures of them and one of the deer seemed to pose for his photo.
